How the easy way to connect your pda (Windows Mobile 5) to PC

Requirement: Windows Mobile 5.0

Connect to a PC via a cable or cradle:
USB is the most common cable type, and the baud and/or cable type is set automatically. You can manually change the connection settings as described below. The next time you connect your device to the PC, this new setting will be used.
Tap > Programs > ActiveSync.
Tap Menu > Connections.
Under Synchronize all PCs using this connection, select a baud or cable type.

Connect to a PC via infrared:
Follow the instructions in ActiveSync Help on the PC for setting up your PC to receive infrared beams.
Line up the infrared (IR) ports according to the instructions in the manufacturer's documentation for your device so that they are unobstructed and within close range.
On the device, tap > Programs > ActiveSync.
Tap Menu > Connect via IR.
Tap Sync.

Connect to a PC via Bluetooth:
For best results, connect the device to the PC using USB to establish a synchronization relationship before connecting via Bluetooth.
Follow the instructions in ActiveSync Help on the PC for configuring Bluetooth on your PC to support ActiveSync.
On the device, tap > Programs > ActiveSync.
Tap Menu > Connect via Bluetooth. Make sure that the device and computer are within close range.
If this is the first time you have connected to this PC via Bluetooth, you must first complete the Bluetooth wizard on the device and set up a Bluetooth partnership with the PC.
Tap Sync.
Notice: When finished, tap Menu > Disconnect Bluetooth.
To preserve battery power, turn off Bluetooth.
